Job Description

Join Hostinger, a global leader with over 900 professionals and 4 million clients, as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Finance Specialist within the Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining precise revenue-related entries, working with complex datasets to reconcile accounts receivable balances, identifying discrepancies, and investigating revenue-related issues. You will perform revenue-related accounting activities during month-end and year-end close, including posting and validating billings, fees, and conversions. Your analytical skills will enable you to spot anomalies and trends, translating findings into actionable recommendations. Collaboration is key as you work closely with payment gateway providers and internal teams like Data, Payments, and Billing to ensure accurate data flows, system alignment, and proper revenue recognition. You will also assist in financial audits and support projects aimed at improving efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, has at least 2 years of experience with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with ERP systems. Excellent Lithuanian and English communication skills are required, with additional experience in SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, and NAV/Business Central seen as advantageous. Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced formulas and pivot tables
  • Familiarity with accounting ERP systems
  • Excellent Lithuanian and English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, NAV/Business Central is a plus
