As an Affiliate Growth Manager at Hostinger, you will play a critical role in affiliate acquisition for all Hostinger products including Web Hosting, Website Builder, VPS, Domains, and Horizons across diverse markets. Your responsibilities include developing and executing affiliate acquisition strategies for inbound and outbound partners, identifying and recruiting new affiliates across various verticals, and closely tracking competitor activities. You will manage the entire affiliate onboarding process ensuring smooth and efficient integration, handle outreach campaigns hands-on, negotiate partnership deals including commission structures and incentives, and build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates. You will also monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to develop creatives, promotions, and tailored campaigns. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging affiliate channels is essential. The role requires a dynamic approach in a fast-paced environment with a self-starter mindset and a focus on growth and entrepreneurship. Required experience includes a minimum of 3 years in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management, a proven record of scaling affiliate partners, and expertise with marketing tools and affiliate platforms such as Ahrefs, Hubspot, and TUNE, CJ. Familiarity with OKR planning frameworks and data-driven decision-making is important.
