Hostinger is seeking an Affiliate Manager to join their Affiliate team to spearhead the acquisition and management of affiliate partners for their newest product, Hostinger Horizons, an AI-powered no-code web app builder. This role involves full ownership of affiliate marketing activities including creating and implementing acquisition strategies aligned with product goals and market needs. The candidate will identify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners across various markets, tracking competitor activities and opportunities to stay ahead. Managing the entire affiliate onboarding process is critical, ensuring smooth communication, handling product updates, tracking issues, and creating promotional coupons. The role demands active participation in outreach campaigns and negotiation of partnership deals, commission structures, and incentives to maximize performance and attract quality partners. The Affiliate Manager will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates while continuously monitoring and analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities. Collaborating closely with internal teams to develop creatives, promotions, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and campaigns tailored to affiliate partners is essential. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate channels ensures the program remains competitive. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management, with product marketing experience as a strong advantage. Experience with OKR planning frameworks is required, as the role involves full ownership of planning and executing affiliate acquisition campaigns. A proven track record of acquiring and scaling affiliate partners successfully is necessary, along with strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Ahrefs, Similarweb, Hubspot, MixMax, and affiliate platforms like TUNE, CJ, Impact, and Partnerize is expected. Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, a self-starter attitude, growth-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are key attributes. Benefits include limitless learning opportunities via platforms like Reforge and Couch Hub, global conferences, supportive feedback culture, digital libraries, and industry subscriptions. The company offers freedom and responsibility with flexible work schedules, home office budget, and wellness support including paid suspension days, Headspace subscriptions, recharge leave, and wellness events. Team celebrations, milestone gifts, and company events enhance work-life balance. Compensation is competitive and based on skills and experience. Join Hostinger to be part of a fast-growing global team dedicated to empowering creators and entrepreneurs worldwide.
