You will be responsible for creating innovations in a company that is betting early on AI, collaborating with product teams to define and refine new prototypes and functionalities. Staying updated with the latest developments in LLM (Large Language Models) and AI technologies will be crucial as you integrate them into our products as necessary. Prototyping new features and products using Generative AI will be a key task, where you will make prototypes that quickly prove the feasibility of solutions, using commercially available APIs and/or local Generative AI models. Additionally, optimizing prototypical solutions by getting them production-ready through prompt engineering and fine-tuning will be an essential part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Furthermore, you will contribute to our company’s goal of becoming a leading AI adoption company in the hosting market. To succeed in this role, you need proven expertise in implementing Generative AI techniques, familiarity with commercially available APIs for text/image generation, and proficiency in deploying and optimizing open-source Generative AI models. A strong background in Python programming and experience in LLM-related projects for at least 1-2 years is required. You must also have the ability to develop robust RESTful APIs, knowledge of Linux, and a grasp of DevOps methodologies. Fluency in both Lithuanian and English is a fundamental requirement for this position.
