  • Compensation

    • Gross salary starting from 3500-4700 EUR/month (depending on your experience).

    • 5+ years of experience in employer branding, ideally in-house.
    • Proven ability to define strategy and lead initiatives – not just execute tasks.
    • Track record of delivering impactful employer branding campaigns from concept to launch.
    • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment.
