Join Hostinger’s Delivery Automation team as a Senior Full Stack Automation Engineer, focusing on building scalable internal platforms and tools that supercharge developer productivity, streamline software delivery, and automate complex manual flows across the company. Your responsibilities include designing and automating workflows to reduce friction for engineers, from CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation to system integrations and process improvements. This role empowers teams across product, engineering, and beyond by creating reliable self-service solutions, eliminating repetitive tasks, and supporting Hostinger’s automation-first culture. Collaboration with stakeholders across engineering and other departments is key to understanding challenges, architecting resilient solutions, and delivering intuitive tools backed by robust backend systems. You’ll explore and adopt emerging technologies, including AI, to continuously improve developer experience and automation capabilities. Daily tasks involve analyzing stakeholder workflows, identifying automation opportunities, developing user-friendly UIs and dashboards for campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting, and ensuring the scalability and maintainability of automation systems. Required skills include 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer with backend-heavy contributions (Node.js, TypeScript preferred), strong API design, data pipelines, database knowledge, frontend development (Vue or similar), and experience with business automation platforms like Zapier or n8n being a plus. Comfort working closely with non-engineering teams and experience with AI/ML tools integration are bonuses.
