We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Website team to improve the look and feel of our website by crafting impactful and eye-catching visuals that enhance the user experience and represent our brand across digital platforms. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining visual guidelines for website assets ensuring consistency and harmony, creating high-quality website visuals aligned with our brand, collaborating closely with Website and Creative Teams to support business goals particularly Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), staying updated with latest design and web trends, performing visual audits to enhance page designs, and contributing to the broader design system for visual cohesion across teams. Candidates must have 3+ years of graphic design experience with a focus on web and digital design, a strong online portfolio, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, a keen eye for detail, color and typography, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a feedback-rich environment.
