Your role at Hostinger As Head of Growth, you’ll be responsible for identifying, launching, and scaling the next growth opportunities for Hostinger. This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain existing channels.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven growth mindset You naturally think in opportunities, experiments, leverage, and scale. You constantly ask: “What’s the next growth engine?” Experience in growth marketing or growth product roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS, tech, consumer internet, fintech, or subscription businesses.
  • Strong experimentation experience You’ve launched and scaled growth initiatives quickly – across channels, products, funnels, landing pages, onboarding, pricing, or user acquisition.

Builder mentality. You move fast, thrive in ambiguity, and prefer launching imperfect solutions over waiting for perfect conditions.

  • Deep understanding of growth economics Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, payback periods, contribution margins, incrementality, and ROAS optimization.
  • Cross-functional execution Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Marketing teams to ship growth initiatives fast.
  • Analytical and data-driven Comfortable making decisions from imperfect information and validating ideas through experimentation.
  • Curiosity about emerging trends You actively explore AI tools, new platforms, creator ecosystems, automation, communities, and evolving user behaviors to identify future growth opportunities early.
  • Strong prioritization skills You know how to separate high-leverage opportunities from noise and focus resources where they create outsized impact.
  • Ownership mentality You don’t wait for permission to improve things. You identify problems, propose solutions, and drive execution independently.

  • Gross salary from 7,000 EUR/month. Salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.

  • Collaborate across the company Partner with marketing teams, product squads, analysts, engineers, and leadership to align priorities and execute growth initiatives end-to-end.
