Join Hostinger as an IT Workplace Manager responsible for overseeing device lifecycle management, access controls, IT support operations, SaaS systems, and a diverse workplace toolset for a global hybrid team. Lead and grow a small, high-ownership team of IT Workplace Admins and Engineers, manage employee tech lifecycle from provisioning laptops to SaaS access, and build fast, secure onboarding/offboarding processes. Handle internal IT tooling such as JumpCloud, Apple Business Manager, Chocolatey, Munki, NordPass, and KnowBe4, optimize and automate workflows including Jira automations, scripting, and SCIM, support hybrid work setups, and foster a strong documentation culture. The role demands 3-5+ years in internal IT operations or workplace IT, experience managing Windows and macOS devices, hands-on use of JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian Jira, Intercom, M365, scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell, team leadership experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
