Job Description

Hostinger is seeking a CRM Product Owner to join their Partnerships team located in Vilnius / Kaunas, Lithuania. The role focuses on managing CRM and related systems to streamline Partnership team processes and enhance collaboration with Influencers, Affiliates, Analytics, and other teams. Key responsibilities include implementation of new CRM processes, integration of tools such as email automation and video recording, automation using CRM functionality, ensuring CRM hygiene including duplicate cleanup, creation of key identifiers, and supporting the Partnerships team through training and onboarding. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Hubspot or similar CRM technologies, experience building automated workflows, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools like JIRA and Confluence. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential along with strong documentation and training capabilities. Requirements
