The Partnership Director for Europe role involves leading and mentoring a motivated team, identifying and recruiting new partners like influencers and affiliates, managing a pipeline of partnerships, negotiating impactful deals, nurturing existing relationships to increase sales and growth, running and monitoring marketing campaigns, collaborating with product heads to exploit business opportunities, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and using data analysis to optimize performance. The role requires strong leadership, digital performance marketing experience, partnership management skills, data analytic proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent English communication. Experience with international tech/digital products is advantageous.
