Your role at Hostinger

We’re at an inflection point – scaling fast, competing for world-class talent, and building an executive hiring function that doesn’t exist yet. This is your chance to shape it. As our first dedicated Senior Executive Search Partner, you’ll own everything from defining the ideal candidate profile to closing the hire. You’ll report directly to the Chief People Officer and work closely with our top leadership team to fill C-suite, VP, and Head-level roles. You’ll have the focus and autonomy of an independent partner to build our executive hiring practice from the ground up, and as the function grows, so could your team.

Your day-to-day

  • Own the full executive search cycle end-to-end: profile design, search strategy, sourcing, assessment, offer, and close. This is not a vendor management role.

  • Design and drive bespoke search strategies for each role to maximise results and ensure our focus on hiring the best talent locally and globally.

  • Coach and challenge senior hiring managers on what great looks like, how to assess it, and how to show up as compelling decision-makers for top candidates

  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of senior talent in our key markets, so we’re never starting from zero.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint – these are the people who will shape our company’s future

Compensation

Gross salary starting from7000 EUR/month(depending on your experience).

Requirements

  • Proven end-to-end executive search experience – from an executive search firm, boutique agency, or in-house function. What matters is that you’ve personally closed senior candidates, not just managed the process around them
  • Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills, combined with strong interviewing and assessment skills at the senior level
  • Real business acumen – you understand what a business needs strategically and can translate that into a sharp candidate profile
  • A networker who thinks long-term: you invest in relationships before you need them
  • Experience in tech (B2C and/or SaaS) is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian
  • You have a high agency and self-sufficiency – you’re comfortable owning a function solo and making good calls without much oversight
  • You prefer quality over speed in hiring – you search for top talent for the long term, not the short fix
  • You are confident and not afraid to speak up – we are looking for someone who coaches and influences C-suite stakeholders
  • You are a curious learner with an experimentation mindset – you’re constantly exploring the market and testing new approaches, including what AI is changing about how executive search gets done
  • You are data-curious: you use insights and feedback to continuously improve your work.
