The Technical Support Specialist role involves providing expert assistance on Hostinger products, troubleshooting via live chat and tickets, simplifying complex technical issues for customers of all expertise levels, contributing to team projects to improve customer experience, and enhancing the Kodee AI Assistant. You will stay updated on product updates, services, features, and latest web hosting technologies. The role includes training during onboarding, rotation-based shifts (morning, day, night), including weekends, and requires a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work from Lithuania. Requirements include fluency in Lithuanian and English (C1 or native), experience in tech or SaaS customer support, excellent communication skills, and understanding of web hosting fundamentals such as domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting. Advanced knowledge of web hosting technologies, server management, content management platforms, hosting control panels, email services, domain management, and experience contributing to AI-powered systems are advantages. Compensation starts at 9.50 EUR gross hourly, with potential monthly bonuses based on performance and upselling.
