As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will lead online calls with interested customers, help them choose the best plans, guide them through purchases, and gather feedback to improve products. The role includes engaging customers via online meetings, email, and phone calls with no cold-calling. You will analyze your performance, implement improvements, explore new sales techniques, and contribute suggestions to the sales process. You will also communicate customer needs and feedback to product and marketing teams, staying updated on Hostinger’s latest products to become a subject matter expert. Required skills include at least 1 year of sales experience, C1 English proficiency, public speaking skills, fast learning, ownership, ambition, and prompt execution.
