The Technical Support Specialist role based in Lithuania (Kaunas/Vilnius) within the Customer Success department involves delivering expert technical support on Hostinger products, troubleshooting issues via live chat and tickets, simplifying complex problems into actionable steps for customers at all expertise levels, and contributing to projects that enhance the customer experience. You will also work on enhancing the Kodee AI Assistant to improve support quality, stay updated on product updates, and proactively improve your work, team, and department. The position includes rotation-based shifts (morning, day, night) including weekends, and requires a reliable internet connection for remote work capability. Candidates must be fluent in Lithuanian and English (C1 or native), have experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, exceptional communication skills, and understanding of web hosting fundamentals like domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and troubleshooting. Advanced knowledge of web hosting technologies, server management, performance optimization, and familiarity with platforms like WordPress, hPanel, cPanel, and AI-powered support systems are advantageous. Compensation starts at 9.50 EUR gross per hour with potential monthly bonuses based on KPIs and upselling. This role offers comprehensive onboarding training on Hostinger culture and products.
