Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager at Hostinger, you will be part of the Influencer team responsible for identifying, recruiting, and liaising with partners such as influencers, B2B associates, and affiliates. You will leverage creativity and know-how to seek new partnerships and contribute to Hostinger’s rapid growth. The role includes managing new potential partnerships, conducting negotiations, nurturing existing relationships to increase sales, running marketing campaigns, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, measuring and optimizing performance, reporting on progress, forecasts, and challenges, and making data-driven actionable decisions to help the business grow. You need proven experience in digital performance marketing and partnerships management (influencer, affiliate marketing, sales, and B2B), sharp sales and analytical skills, proficiency with sales CRMs and web analytics, high attention to detail combined with proactiveness, and excellent communication skills in English. Experience with international tech/digital products is a plus. The position offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Europe and access to a strong knowledge pool within the company. Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital performance marketing
  • Experience in partnerships management including influencer, affiliate marketing, sales, and B2B
  • Sharp sales and analytical skills
