This role sits at the heart of our customer delivery.
You ensure that what is sold becomes reality. Smoothly, quickly, and without friction. From short-cycle deployments (5-10 days) to more complex projects, you translate customer agreements into clear execution. You align internal teams, keep customers informed, and make sure nothing falls between the cracks. Delays, unclear scopes, or messy handovers? That’s where you step in.

What you’ll be doing
- Own customer delivery execution: Manage the full flow from signed contract to delivery and handover.
- Translate contracts into action: Turn scopes of work into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
- Drive project coordination: Align Implementation, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage communication: Keep customers and internal stakeholders proactively informed on progress, delays, and milestones.
- Maintain operational systems: Process and structure data in Jira, HubSpot, NetSuite, and internal tooling.
- Ensure clean handovers: Deliver completed projects to customers with accurate documentation and setup.
- Spot and fix gaps: Identify missing or inconsistent information and resolve it quickly with relevant teams.

- You’ve significantly improved delivery speed and reduced operational bottlenecks.
- Internal handovers are clearer, faster, and more consistent.
- Stakeholders rely on you as the go-to person for customer delivery.

Your profile
- Experience: 2+ years in service delivery, customer success, business operations, or project management, or experience with data centers or networking.
- Structured & detail-oriented: You thrive on organizing complexity and spotting inconsistencies.
- Strong communicator: You can translate between technical teams, commercial teams, and customers.
- Tech-comfortable: You understand infrastructure concepts and enjoy working with tools like Jira or HubSpot.
- Process-driven: You naturally look for ways to improve workflows and reduce friction.
- Proactive & reliable: You take ownership, follow through, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Netherlands-based and Hybrid-ready: You live in the Netherlands and are happy to join us on-site around two days a week.
