You combine conceptual thinking with a strong eye for design, ensuring a modern, user-centric, and high-performance appearance. In our agile, interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with Product Owners, Development, and Data with one clear objective: to continuously improve the visual quality, usability, and conversion of our digital touchpoints. Tasks

• Design new landing pages, shop funnels, and other digital touchpoints with a strong focus on brand and design.
• Regularly ideate and design new concepts for shop optimization.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for specific product areas of our online shop and/or an IONOS Group brand, collaborating with cross-functional experts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Development, Tech, Agencies, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Design and optimize UX concepts, visuals, interactions, and motion designs for our international shop segments.
• Balance visual creativity, user perspective, and conversion goals.
• Support the development of our group-wide Design System.
• Contribute proactively, bring in new ideas, and occasionally test “moonshot” concepts.
