We are seeking a highly motivatedTechnical Support Engineer to join our team,working on a24/7shiftbasis withKubernetes knowledge.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to our customers, utilizing their expertise in IT service management, databases, network and storage infrastructure. Fluency in both German and English is essential, as well as experience with ticketing system. Also, to have a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly, with a focus on expanding their skills in areas such as Kubernetes.
