  • Participate in the planning, implementation, and documentation of occupational safety measures.
  • Collect, evaluate, and report key-performance data.
  • Perform administrative duties related to certifications, audits, and legal qualification.
  • Analytical thinking, structured work style and strong self-organization.
  • Good communication skills, team spirit and a confident appearance.
  • Basic knowledge of the Occupational Safety Act.
  • Very good proficiency with Google products (Google Workspace) and confident handling of content-management systems.
  • Willingness to propose ideas for AI implementation in occupational safety and to turn them into practical projects.
  • Very good german skills.

Requirements

  • Support the documentation and scheduling of recurring inspections or trainings in emergency management.
  • Create operating instructions and work procedures for relevant facility-management safety topics.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for occupational-safety committee meetings or informational materials for e-learning modules and intranet posts on occupational safety and health promotion.
  • Coordinate interface work between Occupational Health Management, Facility Management, and other departments.
