The successful candidate will make demand generation efforts more measurable, scalable, and predictable by leveraging data, automation, and process improvements to drive pipeline growth. Responsibilities include building and optimizing intent programs to identify and test buying signals for timely sales conversations, collaborating closely with RevOps and Sales teams to improve conversion and pipeline outcomes, and documenting learnings to improve targeting, messaging, and sales processes. They will launch scalable email programs, maintaining database accuracy, experimenting with segmentation, and sharing insights to enhance sales messaging and content quality. Additionally, the role involves supporting event campaign operations through planning and coordination, integrating product and content campaigns, and creating repeatable automated processes for greater impact. Testing and exploring new marketing channels and tools to enhance lead generation and campaign efficiency is also essential. Candidates should have 3+ years experience in demand generation or marketing operations with strong HubSpot expertise and familiarity with B2B sales processes. Bonus points for hands-on event campaign experience, intent data usage, and data hygiene skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
