As Junior Customer Service Specialist at LH.pl, you provide first-line support for our hosting and domain customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat.
- Resolve basic technical issues with hosting, email, domains.
- Identify when to escalate to senior team members.
- Document customer interactions.
- Continuously improve product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Polish fluency; English is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
