As Junior Customer Service Specialist at LH.pl, you provide first-line support for our hosting and domain customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Resolve basic technical issues with hosting, email, domains.
  • Identify when to escalate to senior team members.
  • Document customer interactions.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Polish fluency; English is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
