Job Duties ● Provide general supervision of the onsite team to ensure all systems and processes are running smoothly ● Combination of people management and personal contribution to maintain and improve both sides of data-center life ● Organize and manage the team’s workflow, including balancing the workload during the day ● Maintain a productive environment, motivate and inspire team members ● Facilitate problem solving and resolve conflict situations ● Be an escalation point for colleagues ● Handle incidents and respective incident reports as required ● Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge ● Provide regular and constructive feedback to team members to help them develop, improve, and enhance their skills and knowledge, take appropriate corrective actions when required ● Assist with updating internal documentation ● Be engaged in continuous training and self-education ● Identify areas of development for team members and provide development coaching ● Foster a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of datacenter activities ● Contribute to resource planning to ensure teams are meeting SLAs and project deliverables, including non-standard hours maintenance availability ● Encourage sharing of lessons learned, best practices, process/procedural innovation and tools to improve efficiency and team success ● Actively contribute to open communication within the team ● Deliver the below activities through personal contribution and action, and through mobilizing others:
