KVM Virtualization Expertise (3+ years): Deep understanding of KVM/QEMU, including configuration and performance tuning of virtual machines
Advanced Linux / Unix experience (4+ years)
Strong cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Infrastructure monitoring / logging experience (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK (or Opensearch), Zabbix, Nagios, etc)
DevOps skills
CI (e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab CI, etc)
IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, etc)
Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc)
Web hosting technologies experience (HTTP, DNS, SQL / No-SQL DBs, Message brokers)
Be able to work as part of the team

Will definitely be a plus:

OpenStack Infrastructure experience
Networking Virtualization experience (SDN, VXLAN, OVN / OVS, BGP)
Experience with Kolla-ansible OpenStack deployments
