The Role
We’re seeking a Technical Enablement Sr. Manager who will develop and deliver technical training for our internal teams and content for agency partners. This role sits at the intersection of instructional design, AI-assisted content creation, and cross-functional partnership. You will champion AI-powered enablement practices across Pantheon.
The Technical Enablement Sr. Manager owns technical confidence across our ecosystem, helping teams ramp faster, adopt best practices, and deepen their knowledge of the Pantheon platform and modern web workflows. You’ll design systems and programs from the ground up, and you’ll be measured on outcomes, not just output. You’ll report to the Director, Revenue Enablement and partner closely with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Partner leadership.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000-$145,000 USD, plus a performance bonus and equity. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
