We are seeking a highly capable, customer-focusedCustomer Solutions Architectto join our Sovereign Cloud delivery team. This role is dedicated to structured project work, leading solution design, support deployment, and implementation activities for secure cloud services within a sovereign operatingenvironment. Thisposition is ideal for an engineer with a broad technical knowledge and experience, thrives in well-defined project frameworks, and excels at building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will bring broad experience acrossVMware, Azure, Windows, Linux, Microsoft server products, storage, and backup technologies.Role Overview:

  • As a Customer Solution Architect you will deliverend-to-end technical designs(HLDs and LLDs) across customer projects, serving as the primary technical point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle. You will translate customer requirements into secure, compliant, and scalable cloud solutions while ensuring alignment with stringent sovereign and security standards.Your responsibilities include producing high-quality design documentation, capturing configuration and deployment requirements, and performing testing and validation activities. You will work closely with project managers and internal engineering, security, and operations teams to meet milestones, manage risks, and ensure seamless integration into the wider platform. You will also lead customer workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions, proactively communicating progress, identifying technical issues early, and contributing to ongoing improvements in project delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation ofHigh-Level and Low-Level Designsfor customer solutions.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into secure, compliant cloud architectures.
  • Support deployment, configuration capture, testing, and validation activities.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Run customer workshops, technical reviews, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
  • Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional engineering/security teams to deliver milestones
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues early in the project lifecycle.
  • Produce clear, professional technical documentation and maintain strong customer communication.
  • Ensure all project work adheres to sovereign cloud and security standards

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with:VMware (HCX knowledge preferrable), Windows & Linux operating systems, Azure and Microsoft server technologies, & Storage and backup solutions
  • Demonstrated experience inlarge-scale cloud or data centre migrations
  • Proven ability to produce high-qualityHLD and LLD documentation
  • Strong customer-facing communication and workshop-facilitation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in structured project delivery environments
  • Eligibility to pass required security checks
