• Proactively detect and respond to cyber-attacks – 24x7x365.
• Defend against new and emerging risks that impact their business.
• Reduce their attack surface across private cloud, hybrid cloud, public cloud, and multi-cloud environments.
• Reduce their exposure to risks that impact their identity and brand.
• Develop operational resilience.
• Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory and compliance obligations.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor customer network and security environments to ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Perform continuous monitoring of firewall and Azure networking alerts/events and respond according to operational procedures.
• Handle customer incidents, requests, and service tickets within agreed SLAs.
• Take care first-level troubleshooting for firewall, connectivity, routing, and security-related incidents.
• Acknowledge standard operational tasks, service requests, and pre-approved changes following the established process.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams with complete diagnostic details.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, requests, changes, and customer communications.
• Assist with routine health checks and operational reporting activities.
• Follow-up incident, problem, change, and maintenance management processes.
• Participate in shift-based operations and provide support during planned maintenance windows.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to provide timely issue updates and resolution status.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate hands-on experience with:
  • Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and Panorama
• Good Understanding of:
  • Firewall policy management

• PCNSA
