Project Manager III – IN

Rackspace  ·  India, Remote
Remote Full-time Not specified Operations

Job Description

Career Level Summary

  • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines
  • Solves complex problems
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance
  • May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains day-to-day hygiene of the Findings & Assurance Register: logging new findings, confirming each has one named owner and one committed due date, and flagging items approaching the 30-day escalation clock.
  • Tracks Deal Gate submissions against the 5 working day SLA, chasing named SME reviewers for sign-off and maintaining the decision record and evidence pack for each case.
  • Compiles data for the DAO Scorecard each reporting cycle, including findings overdue, Deal Gate cycle time, Operational Readiness Review pass rate, escalations to Council, and SCH/Advent/Dell Med finding closure rate, under the direction of the Interim Lead and Programme Director.
  • Manages scheduling, agendas, action logs and follow-up tracking for the Healthcare Assurance Forum and Mobilisation Forum.
  • Supports Operational Readiness Review administration, collating evidence from named signatories, including Delivery, Infrastructure, Epic Apps, Security, Architecture and Clinical Informatics, ahead of go-live decisions.
  • Assesses and manages variances against register due dates and Deal Gate SLA windows, escalating items approaching or breaching SLA to the Programme Director / Gate Coordinator, and immediately flagging any item with potential patient-safety implications rather than holding it for standard cadence.
  • Maintains version control and distribution of the Governance Charter, Terms of Reference and related DAO artefacts as they are updated.
  • Manages the competing needs of multiple stakeholders across EDE, Account Owners and Service Delivery Manager contacts to chase outstanding register and Deal Gate actions.
  • Supports onboarding of new findings from SCH, Advent, Dell Med and future healthcare accounts into the register, ensuring illustrative placeholders are replaced with real, validated findings and named owners.
  • Produces regular reporting packs for Healthcare Vertical LT and Account Executive Assurance sessions, communicating status and risk clearly to leadership.
  • Provides ongoing work direction to any supporting coordination staff and fosters knowledge exchange within the DAO operations team as it scales.
