Job Description
Runity (Reg.ru, SpaceWeb) is hiring a Technical Support Engineer (2nd line) for cloud products – a great entry-level IT role.
Responsibilities:
- Ticket-based support for cloud products: IaaS (VMs), DBaaS (DB clusters), KaaS (Kubernetes), S3 (object storage)
- Linux OS administration on cloud VMs
- Escalate feature requests and bugs to dev/infra teams
- Escalate complex admin issues to senior sysadmins and experts
