Your mission will beto support daily IT operations and assist with hardware preparation and user supportin order toensure a smooth and efficient working environment for all Scaleway teams.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.
You will be part of a team of3 people, working closely together on daily support tasks, onboarding/offboarding processes, and workstation management. The team is organized with members dedicated tosupport tickets and user assistance, as well asworkstation and hardware management.
You will collaborate with all internal teams and contribute to ongoing projects such asoffice setup and IT infrastructure deployment across our Paris locations.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Tasks
● Prepare and configurenew computers (PC & Mac)for employees
● Refurbish and maintainexisting hardware and equipment
● Respond toIT support ticketsvia Helpdesk tools (Jira, etc.)
● Assist withonboarding and offboarding processes
● Support theinstallation of new office spaces(screens, network, meeting rooms)
● Help manage and trackIT equipment and inventory
● Provideday-to-day technical supportto internal teams
● Contribute to improvingHelpdesk processes and efficiency
ABOUT YOU
HARDSKILLS :
● Currently studying inIT, Computer Science, or a related field (post-bac or higher)
● First experience or strong interest inIT support or hardware maintenance
● Basic knowledge ofcomputer setup and troubleshooting (PC & Mac)
● Familiarity withticketing toolssuch as Jira or Helpdesk systems is a plus
● Interest inIT operations and user support environments
