Software Engineer – Compute Marketplace

Why we need you:

Our growth requires us to strengthen our Compute team to build and launch our new Marketplace project. Your mission: be a key contributor to the Marketplace project on the Compute side to provide our users and editors with a robust ecosystem of OS images and packaged applications.

Your future team:

You’ll be part of a team being structured to bootstrap this ambitious project. You’ll work in a highly cross-functional environment, closely collaborating with Product Management and Core Engineering teams to transform this vision into reality.

Your day-to-day:

• Design and develop new features for the Marketplace platform.
• Maintain and optimize APIs to ensure smooth user experience.
• Create and maintain tooling for OS image creation and system packaging.
• Create and manage artifacts (packaged applications within images).
• Automate the OS image and container build process.
• Support and guide external editors in creating their own artifacts.
• Ensure security and integrity of all Marketplace artifacts (CI/CD, scanning).
• Participate in architectural structuring of new high-growth technical topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering with product objectives.
