Job Description
Selectel is one of the largest Russian cloud and DC providers. We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead development of our Application PaaS and external networking services.
What you will do:
- Lead the engineering team building Application PaaS (managed runtimes, app delivery) and external network services (load balancers, VPN, ingress)
- Own roadmap, hiring, performance management and on-call rotations
- Partner with product to shape strategy; ship reliable, secure releases
- Mentor tech leads; raise the engineering bar
