Job Description
Selectel is one of the largest Russian cloud and data-center providers. We are hiring a Product Support Specialist to join the team that handles complex customer questions about our products.
What you will do:
Investigate and resolve product-specific questions from customers using our cloud, dedicated servers and managed services
Reproduce issues in the lab; coordinate with engineering teams on bug fixes and improvements
Maintain and improve internal documentation and the customer knowledge base
Identify recurring pain points and feed them back to product and dev teams
