Job Description

Selectel is one of the largest Russian cloud and data-center providers. We are hiring a Product Support Specialist to join the team that handles complex customer questions about our products.

What you will do:

  • Investigate and resolve product-specific questions from customers using our cloud, dedicated servers and managed services
  • Reproduce issues in the lab; coordinate with engineering teams on bug fixes and improvements
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation and the customer knowledge base
  • Identify recurring pain points and feed them back to product and dev teams

Requirements

  • 1+ year in technical support or sysadmin / DevOps role
  • Strong Linux fundamentals; understanding of networking, DNS, HTTP, virtualization
  • Customer-orientation; clear written communication
  • English at intermediate level (reading technical docs)
