Job Description
SEOHOST.pl is a Polish hosting provider based in Poznań, specialized in SEO-optimized hosting, WordPress and dedicated server solutions for digital agencies and developers. We are hiring a Customer Happiness Specialist to take care of our hosting customers end-to-end.
What you will do:
- Handle customer inquiries about our hosting, domains and panel by email, chat and phone
- Help customers with technical setup, migrations and panel usage
- Document common issues in the internal knowledge base and product feedback
