As a Senior Front-End Engineer at SiteGround, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining high-quality, reusable, and scalable codebases for multiple SaaS platforms, including SiteBuilder, E-Commerce, and Email Marketing. Your primary focus will be on crafting responsive user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with backend services, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing user experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing SASS & CSS, HTML, JavaScript, React JS, and Redux to develop robust front-end systems, leveraging RESTful APIs and AJAX for backend communication, and using Webpack for efficient bundling and transpiling. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align with UI/UX design principles, adopt best practices for SPA optimization, and apply functional programming concepts for cleaner and more maintainable code. The role requires at least 5 years of software development experience with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies, 3 years of React JS and Redux experience, proficiency with GIT, and practical knowledge of RESTful APIs. Additional advantageous skills include experience with Node.js, Slate.js, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Agile methodologies, and RTK Query.
