Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) – Career Changers Welcome

As Customer Service Agent, you support our customers with our portfolio of hosting, domain and cloud products. Whether by phone, email or chat – you’re the contact person ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your tasks:

• Advise customers on our products and services.
• Resolve technical and billing inquiries.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Document interactions accurately in our systems.
• Continuously improve your product knowledge.

What you bring:

• German fluency (written and spoken); English is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer focus.
• Willingness to learn – IT background not required, we train you.
• Reliability and team spirit.
