To provide problem analysis and support to a large managed service customer, helping to install, maintain, operate, and configure computer hardware and software and to provide a variety of technical duties as required.
The Infrastructure consultant works independently and uses their own initiative. They perform the full range of duties required in providing solutions to our customer base. This includes evaluating customer needs, installing, and maintaining new servers, storage, software and troubleshooting enterprise scale infrastructure, platform and integration problems. The infrastructure consultant role be fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the company. They are expected to keep abreast of developments within the IT industry and are involved in the evaluation of relevant new technologies as they become available.
