Timeweb is one of the largest Russian hosting providers. We are hiring a Customer Support Manager for our B2B (legal entities) line, taking care of companies that use our hosting and cloud services.
What you will do:
Be the main contact for B2B customers; answer their questions about contracts, billing and services
Coordinate with technical and billing teams to resolve customer requests
Track customer health and identify upsell or risk signals
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to knowledge base
