Job Description
Timeweb Cloud is a Russian cloud provider with scalable geo-distributed IaaS/PaaS infrastructure. We are hiring a Tech Lead for the L3 systems-engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the systems-engineering group: coordinate, set goals, ensure 24/7 monitoring
- Build engaged effective team; mentor staff; run 1:1s
- Optimize on-call, escalation, onboarding and incident-management processes
- Ensure platform stability and HA; design redundancy schemas
- Plan and launch new server capacity based on load analysis
