Responsibilities:
Manage marketing as a business function with P&L responsibility (CAC, LTV, payback, ARR predictability)
Run marketing as a single growth unit: product marketing, content strategy, PPC, SEO, CRM
Participate in strategic decisions on product market strategy, pricing, segmentation
