Job Description

Sales Administrator (ref: UD-SA-12)

Responsibilities

Follow up sales inquiries, quotation and order follow-up
Provide daily clerical support to sales team
Handle sales coordination & sales administration support
System support & trouble shootingSupport sales function and working closely with the sales team members on the relevant activities
SPerform customer service works including after-sales service and further follow up
Communicate and cooperate with internal and external parties to ensure follow up smoothly

Tertiary Education or above
Fresh graduates welcomed
Immediate available is highly preferred
Experience in IT or Telecommunication industry is preferred
Knowledge of Domain, Web Hosting, or e-commerce is definitely advantage
Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Ability to follow procedures diligently
Detail-minded, responsible, independent and well-organized
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
