Ultahost is looking for a skilled ICANN Domain Compliance Manager to manage domain-related operations including compliance with ICANN regulations, abuse handling, domain lifecycle management, and automation of domain provisioning and DNS tasks. The role involves monitoring compliance with ICANN policies, handling abuse cases and WHOIS complaints, managing registrar and registry operations, and serving as the contact for ICANN audits and policy updates. The manager will collaborate with legal, technical, and support teams to address escalated issues and ensure the company stays abreast of evolving ICANN rules and industry standards. Requirements include 3+ years of relevant experience with domain registrars or ICANN compliance, a deep understanding of ICANN policies and domain dispute processes, familiarity with registrar platforms and automation tools, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in hosting, registrar, or DNS environments is preferred.
