About The Role:

As a Technical Engagement Manager at Vercel, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer outcomes by providing technical and operational leadership on post-sales delivery of Professional Services within customer engagements. You will collaborate closely with the account team to ensure the delivery of outcomes that align with customer business and technical goals while assisting in identification and scoping of potential future work within accounts.

This role also contributes to the growth and maturity of Vercel’s Professional Services, helping build new education, migration, and development offerings and enhance delivery capabilities.

This role is fully remote and will report to the Global Head of Professional Services.

Occasional travel may be requirements and proposed solutions.

Bonus if you:

• Experience with Vercel’s platform or similar edge computing and frontend cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• A background in software development or engineering, enabling you to deeply understand technical challenges and solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Direct experience with regulated industry customers and/or Enterprise customers.

The San Francisco, CA pay range for this role is $178,000.00 – $260,000.00 OTE. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
