It’s all part of our vision to make cloud storage the next great global utility, just like electricity. Role Description: Senior Salesforce Administrator Role Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce & CPQ Administrator to join our team and support our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms, ensuring they support our business processes effectively and efficiently.

This role will work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to manage and enhance Salesforce capabilities to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Salesforce with a strong focus on CPQ, usage-based billing, and revenue workflows.
• Configure and support Salesforce CPQ (products, pricing, discounting, approvals) for complex quoting and commit-based models.
• Triage revenue, billing, and usage data issues, partnering with Engineering and Revenue Operations to identify root causes and drive fixes.
• Identify and eliminate manual gaps in CPQ, billing, and revenue processes by working with developers to automate end-to-end flows.
• Translate revenue and operational issues into clear Jira stories and compensation is determined based on factors such as job-related experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
