JOB TITLE: Head of Talent Acquisition APAC (with Global Scope)nTHE ROLEnThis is a unique opportunity for a hands-on talent leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments. You will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy in APACour largest and most active hiring regionand play a key role in laying the foundations for a scalable global TA function.nYou will work closely with the Chief People Officer to design and implement the talent acquisition strategy and roadmap, ensuring we attract top-tier talent across operational, commercial, and technology functions while building the systems, processes, and practices to support global growth.nKEY RESPONSIBILITIESnStrategicnPartner with the CPO to design and implement Hosting.coms global talent acquisition strategy, starting with APAC as the central hub.nBuild a scalable TA operating model and hiring framework aligned with future business growth, M&A, and international expansion.nEstablish strong recruitment KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and data-driven hiring practices.nOperationalnLead full-cycle talent acquisition across APAC, owning key requisitions while building out hiring capability and infrastructure.nPartner with hiring managers and executives to deeply understand talent needs across technical, commercial, and back-office functions.nCreate a structured, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints.nManage and optimise our ATS and its integration with future HRIS platform.nBuild & ScalenDesign scalable processes around employer branding, sourcing, interview training, and candidate assessment.nAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring best practices and market insights.nLead and mentor any future TA hires or embedded recruiters as the team grows.nREQUIREMENTSnProven experience in building and scaling global talent acquisition functions in a high-growth tech scale-up, ideally with exposure to private equity-backed businesses.nHands-on expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition across a range of functions and regions, especially in APAC markets, but ideally also globally.nExperience in supporting or building global hiring infrastructure and practices (multi-country exposure a must).nAbility to operate at both strategic and tactical levelscomfortable being both a doer and a designer.nStrong experience with ATS systems (Workable preferred), sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics.nExcellent stakeholder management skills, especially working with senior leaders across time zones and cultures.nAgile, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for building from scratch.nFluent written and spoken English is a pre-requisite of being considered for this role.nWHAT WE OFFER:nA unique opportunity to shape the global talent function in a rapidly scaling global business.nAutonomy, influence, and exposure to the C-suite from day one.nA collaborative, fast-paced, and ambitious culture where your voice will have immediate impact.nCompetitive salary and long-term growth opportunities.nJoin us to build the team that builds Hosting.com.
