World4You is an Austrian web hosting provider based in Linz. As Customer Support Agent, you support our customers with our hosting and domain products.

Your tasks:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve technical issues with web hosting, email, domains.
• Recommend appropriate products and services.
• Document customer interactions.
• Continuously expand your product knowledge.

Your profile:

• German fluency (native or near-native).
• Strong communication and customer focus.
• Basic IT knowledge; willingness to learn more.
• Reliability and team spirit.
