A customer opens a support ticket. Their site is “broken.”
You take a look. The contact form hasn’t sent anything in weeks, two plugins are out of date, and none of it has anything to do with your servers. You fix what you can and close the ticket. And the customer still walks away thinking the hosting is the problem.
Or it goes the other way. Nothing breaks. The site just sits there for a year, and when the renewal comes around, the customer finds a cheaper host and moves without a word.
Either way, that site stopped being looked after long before the cancellation came in.
Your customers don’t really separate their website from their hosting. If the site stops being worth anything to them, the hosting goes with it.
So the sites that churn usually aren’t the ones someone is looking after. They’re the ones nobody is.
Hosting gets compared on price
Look at any comparison page and most hosting plans blur together: storage, bandwidth, uptime, a free SSL certificate and a price.
When everything looks the same, people pick the cheapest one. Then they move the moment someone else is cheaper.
The agencies on your platform are feeling their own version of this. Their clients can build a site with AI now. Plenty of prospects now have a nephew who’ll build one in an afternoon. And when an agency loses a client, you lose the site.
But building the site was never the hard part. Keeping it working, getting it found and knowing what to do next is, and most small businesses and small agencies don’t have the people for that.
Whoever helps with that work keeps the customer. And those customers are already on your servers.
Good hosting is invisible
When hosting is done well, nothing happens.
The server stays up, the backups run, the patches go in, and your customer doesn’t think about any of it until the invoice shows up.
If you’ve lost a long-time customer to a cheaper host, you know the feeling. The work that keeps a customer is the work they can see:
- the update done before something breaks
- the problem flagged before they find it
- the heads-up before a certificate expires
- the report that shows what got better this month
That’s site care. And most of your customers have nobody doing it.
A lot of the agencies on your platform are one or two people. Most of your small business customers are on their own.
So what does Atarim V5 do for you?
Atarim V5 is the AI web agency, plugged into your hosting. It’s your answer to Grokbot, Dots and Muse: the same bet the tech giants are making, built for our space and ready now.

For a host, that means the sites on your servers get ongoing care, and your customers can see it happening.
For you, that adds up to a few things:
- Lower churn. Sites that get regular care stay online, stay healthy and keep paying for hosting.
- Fewer tickets that were never yours. Out-of-date plugins and broken forms get dealt with before they land in your support queue.
- Agencies that stick around. Their AI web agency comes with your hosting, so leaving your plans means leaving it behind.
- A new revenue line. You earn a share of the extra revenue your customers bring in inside Atarim (we’ll walk you through the numbers on a call), or keep the margin if you resell it.
- Something to stand out with. “Site care included” gets noticed on a comparison page full of storage numbers.
What your customers get
Every site you offer it on gets its own AI web agency and its own plan.
Atarim works out what the business is trying to achieve, like booking more discovery calls for a clinic, then maps out what should happen daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Then it gets on with it through Jobs, routine work that runs on a schedule, without your customer or your support team having to ask:
- plugin updates, with a backup taken first, so a bad update can be rolled back
- security, uptime, broken link and accessibility checks, so problems show up before a visitor finds them
- a heads-up the day something drifts, like an expired certificate or a form that stopped sending
- for agencies, The Upsell Machine: each client’s next job, already scoped and priced

The work is done by six AI specialists, including Claro, a project manager who keeps them all in line. So each site gets design, copy, SEO and accessibility work sized to its plan, without your team doing any of it.
Works on WordPress, Shopify, Duda and custom builds
On WordPress, Shopify, Duda and custom builds through GitHub, the specialists can work on the live site.
On any other platform, Atarim still plans the work, produces the assets and manages the project.
And your customers can see it
Website owners see the work in their own dashboard. Agencies send their clients reports in their own brand.
So when renewal comes around, your customer has watched the work happen all year. “What am I actually paying for?” already has an answer.
Three ways to offer it
Every host is set up a bit differently, so there’s more than one way in. Pick the one that fits your customers.
Built into your agency and reseller plans
This one’s for you if a big share of your customers are agencies or resellers.
You include Atarim Pro in the plan they already pay you for. They never get a separate Atarim invoice.
They bring their clients onto it and charge for the work it helps them deliver, and every client’s next job shows up already scoped and priced.
For you, that means agencies making more money on your platform. And once their AI web agency comes with your hosting, they have every reason to stay.
Through your billing system
This one’s for you if you run WHMCS and want to start small.
There’s a ready-made module that plugs into the setup you already have, so your team isn’t learning a new system. You decide where Atarim shows up:
- on the order form for a hosting plan
- as a recommended add-on in the cart
- as a card on the customer dashboard
- on the page for a specific hosted site
Sell it as its own line item, or include it in a plan at no extra cost to the customer.
There’s no upfront commitment, so you can see what your customers buy before you go any further. Not on WHMCS? The provisioning API further down connects Atarim to your own systems instead.
Straight to small business owners
This one’s for you if a lot of your customers are small businesses with one or a few sites.
Offer them the Website Owner plan. When they buy hosting with Atarim, their site is already connected when they arrive, so there’s no setup for them or for your support team.
What they get is simple: their sites, a chat with Claro, the work being done and the people involved. Nothing to learn.
And if their business takes off, they move up to Pro through you, so that upgrade stays on your books.
Your brand stays front and centre
You keep the customer relationship and the billing.
Customer emails go out through your own templates, and we don’t email your customers when you sell through your own plans or billing. Agencies can white-label Atarim to their own clients too, so their clients only ever see the agency.
And your team doesn’t have to build anything
The pieces you’d expect are already there:
- a provisioning API, so licences are created, managed and cancelled from your own systems, with no second admin panel to babysit
- single sign-on, so customers click a button in your control panel and land in Atarim already logged in
- a partner dashboard showing licences issued, agencies activated, client activations and the revenue share you’re owed
- billing sync, so overdue accounts pause and cancelled ones are removed without anyone doing it by hand
Is it safe on your customers’ sites?
Fair question. You’re the one who gets the ticket when a site breaks, so I’d be asking it too.
There are clear limits on what the AI does alone
On agency plans, the agency decides what the AI can do on its own, client by client. On Website Owner plans, the owner gets the same say over their own site. Either way, the rule is “Nothing ships without your yes.”
When a specialist hits the edge of what it should decide alone, it stops and asks a person, with the full context. Risky work follows the same steps every time: backup, then update, then check the site still works.

There are four ways back
If something goes live and nobody loves it, it can be undone:
- every change the AI makes can be undone
- every page is versioned, and WordPress revisions are kept too
- plugin updates save the working version first, so they can be rolled back
- a full site backup runs before anything big
There’s always a record
Every AI action becomes a task with a screenshot, a status and an approval path. So when a customer asks what happened to their site, you have the answer.
Your customers’ data is never used to train AI models. Atarim is SOC 2 and GDPR compliant, checked every year by an outside auditor.
Why you can trust it
We’ve worked with web agencies since 2019, across tens of thousands of accounts. V5 is built on everything we’ve learned about looking after websites like the ones on your servers.
We run our own business on it, too. I’ve built a web agency twice. The second one does a million dollars a year with the same size team as my first, because there’s a team behind every client.
More than a thousand of that agency’s clients now run on V5, and the Atarim website is built and run on it as well. Our own money and our own clients are on the line here. So the sites on your servers get the same care our own clients do.

Let’s talk
If you run a hosting company, I’d love to show you what this looks like for your agencies and your small business customers.
Book a call to see it inside your plans
Before we talk, have a think about one question: which of your customers would you least like to lose this year? That’s where I’d start.
