GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their dynamic finance team, responsible for developing tax strategies aligned with business objectives, minimizing liabilities, and enhancing efficiencies. This newly created position requires collaboration with senior tax leadership to design tax planning opportunities, support M&A diligence and structuring, monitor tax law changes, perform technical research, manage tax projects, and provide compliance support. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA certification, and over 7 years of progressive tax experience with expertise in federal, state, international tax laws, US GAAP, and M&A tax planning. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Taxation, Big 4 firm experience, industry-specific tax knowledge, advanced tax degrees such as JD or LLM, transfer pricing knowledge, data analytics skills, and experience presenting to executives.
