As a Principal Product Manager on the Commerce Insights Experience Team, you will lead the vision and strategy for merchant reporting, insights, and data experience products across web, mobile, and point-of-sale. Your role will involve partnering with engineering, design, analytics, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data products that improve merchant outcomes. You will be responsible for creating intuitive dashboards, reporting workflows, and data visualizations that provide merchants with clarity on sales, operations, and customer behavior. Translating complex data into meaningful insights and storytelling is key, enabling merchants to make confident, data-driven decisions. You will champion experimentation and measurement culture, building capabilities for merchants to test, learn, and grow their businesses. Developing success metrics to guide prioritization and measure impact of reporting and data experiences is crucial. Staying ahead of market trends and innovations in commerce analytics to strengthen GoDaddy’s competitive edge is expected. This role requires 8+ years of product management experience focused on data, analytics, insights, or reporting products, with a proven ability to launch and scale customer-facing products that simplify complex data. A deep understanding of commerce, SaaS, or retail ecosystems, strong technical acumen to collaborate on data architecture, pipelines, APIs, and visualization tools, and exceptional product sense to create intuitive merchant experiences are necessary. Strategic communication skills to influence executives and cross-functional partners and a data-driven mindset comfortable with metrics, experimentation, and advanced analytics are required. $20 hourly + bonus, annual $90K-$100K+
