Join our Hosting Control Plane Team as a driven and passionate Senior Software Engineer. You’ll architect and build systems that deliver unparalleled control and scalability for Web hosting solutions serving millions of customers worldwide! You will develop, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure distributed services. Drive architectural decisions for critical hosting infrastructure. Lead code reviews and guide engineers on effective methods and development patterns. Contribute to on-call rotation, ensuring robust incident response and system reliability. Promote and implement security-first engineering practices across the team. Required experience includes 5+ years of software development building production systems at scale, strong expertise in Ruby, experience with configuration management tools (Puppet/Ansible), containerization technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, and knowledge of observability and monitoring solutions. Preferred experience with hosting solutions, open-source projects, and AI coding tools.
